Executive Unit of Medical Geology Research in Iran

5 Experts of Geological Survey of Iran (GSI) have requested a membership

in IMGA thus forming a chapter of IMGA in Iran.  

Specification of these experts as follows:

1-Mr. Mohammad Taghi Korehie (the director of geological survey of Iran)

he has graduated in geophysics but very interested in

medical geology researches in Iran

2- Mrs. Farah Rahmany (director manager of medical geology unit)

3- Mr. Abdolmajid Yaghubpur

4- Mr. Rasoul Nobari

5- Miss. Parisa Piroozfar

Geological survey of Iran has 6 professional committees on medical geology

(geochemical, hydrogeological, natural radionuclides, geobotany, medicine

and GIS committees)
